Where indicated with an asterisk, fees depend upon criteria such as number of individuals receiving the service, the number of hours involved in providing the service, preparation time for the service, client desired service inclusions, etc. A fee will be discussed and mutually agreed upon prior to formal contracting and prior to service delivery.
