For over 35 years, 20+ in leadership, I have had the pleasure of inspiring individuals, teams, and leaders to consider new ways of thinking about their challenges and formulating a plan for change.
Whether the challenges are personal or professional, together, we will explore ways to increase and enhance the things that are working, while decreasing and removing barriers to moving forward positively & productively.
As a leadership mentor, certified life coach, clinical supervisor, licensed therapist, certified senior facilitator, and professional trainer/presenter, I work locally and abroad with culturally diverse individuals of all ages to promote self-awareness, compassion for self and others, civil dialogue, and authenticity as a foundation for better relationship building.
SMDC provides both personal and professional development services as we believe they go hand-in-hand. Professional development focuses on acquiring the knowledge and skills to improve your efficiency at work, and personal development looks at your growth in communication and social skills, including aspects of emotional well-being. They are critically intertwined as, no matter what the environment - e.g. home, school, work, community, social - or who we are interacting with, we are bringing ourselves / parts of ourselves to the dynamic.
